Taylor's Chili is robust enough to be used to make a variety of tasty dishes without

| Chili Mac - Serves 2 - 4 | Add one package of Taylor's Chili to 2 or more cups of cooked and drained macaroni. Divide into bowls and top with grated cheddar, parmesan, or jack cheese. |
| Chili and Rice - Serves 2 - 4 | Variation of above; using rice instead of macaroni. Use 3/4 cup rice per serving. |
| Tamales & Burritos | Spoon hot chili over heated tamales or burritos. Add your favorite
toppings. |
| Blended Chili | Heat one package of Taylor's Chili. Place into a blender or food processor and blend until smooth. Use this versatile dip in any of the following ways - |

-Top nacho chips with blended chili and other traditional toppings. -Put zip in scrambled eggs and omelet by topping with blended chili -Potato skins are great when filled with hot blended chili, grated cheese, and sour cream. -Turn a plain hot dog into a chili dog and add cheese and chopped onion. |
-Top corn muffins or cornbread squares with chili or blended chili, add cheese,
onions, and sour cream. -Make a taco salad by pouring blended chili over lettuce and taco chips - top with grated cheese, onion, sour cream, and ripe olives. |

In a crock pot, combine one package of Taylor's Chili and one pound of Velveeta Cheese. Add diced or sliced jalapenos - if desired. Serve with nacho or corn chips. |
